Lead business technology strategy, digital transformation, and consulting initiatives across Southeast Asia, driving business growth, client engagement, programme delivery, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements and cultivate executive stakeholder relationships to drive business outcomes
• Drive business development by qualifying opportunities and developing compelling proposals to secure new projects
• Lead large-scale transformation programmes, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Develop consulting offerings, thought leadership, and market propositions to enhance competitive positioning
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing consulting teams to achieve business and professional growth objectives
• Manage programme governance, ensuring quality standards, risk mitigation, and financial performance tracking

Required competencies and certifications

• 12-15 years of relevant experience in technology or consulting roles
• Degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline
• Proven experience in consulting, transformation, or technology leadership roles
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills demonstrated through leading complex engagements
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex programmes
