Practical knowledge of one or more regulatory reporting regimes, including EMIR Refit, MiFIR, SFTR, CFTC, HKMA, or MAS.

Strong experience defining business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, testing, and implementation plans.

Good understanding of trade lifecycle processes across Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Derivatives, together with reporting controls, reconciliations, and data quality governance.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience using approved AI tools to enhance analysis, productivity, and decision-making while maintaining sound professional judgement.

Bonus Points For

Experience delivering EMIR Refit, MiFIR, or other global regulatory reporting implementations.

Familiarity with reporting platforms such as DTCC, UnaVista, Kaizen, SteelEye, or similar RegTech solutions.
