Trade Marketing Executive / Manager

Join a growing consumer brand as the key person driving retail marketing and trade activation initiatives. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys planning, executing, and seeing campaigns come to life. What You'll Do Execute trade marketing campaigns, retail promotions, and product launches. Coordinate the production of POS materials, display assets, and promotional collateral. Support retail outlets with marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement and sales performance. Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign delivery. Monitor retail activities, competitor movements, and campaign effectiveness. What We're Looking For 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or brand activation. Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, FMCG, or consumer products is preferred. Strong coordination, planning, and execution skills. Able to work independently and manage end-to-end trade marketing activities. Creative, organised, and commercially minded with a passion for retail excellence.
