Sales planning and execution
- Manage the supply chain to ensure achievement of divisional and company targets.
- To ensure stock availability to maximize sales.
- To liaise with HQ on incoming shipping schedule and request for advancement when necessary.
- To manage PSI, shipping schedule and allocation in order to maximize sales and minimize sales loss.
- Sales planning for Mid Term Plan
Budget planning and execution
- To prepare quarterly budget and monitoring of sales and profit in order to achieve target and budget.
- To propose counter measures if results fall below expectation.
- Manage each product line P&L to achieve budget by product line
- Manage expense by each general ledger.
Inventory control
- To manage stock and take action to maintain healthy stock level.
- Manage slow moving stock and non-moving stock
- Write Off/Write down
Product marketing
(Liaise with HQ)
- Product Configuration
- Product launch plan
- Localize
- Pricing
Projects
- System operation/support/preparation
- CRG collection and recycle
- Logistic issue (FTA, Drop shipment, Direct shipment, local kitting)
- Legal issue (regulation for each country)
- Consumables special SKU
- Market Research
Reporting
- Monthly sales forecast report
- Monthly sales report
- Monthly inventory report
Job Requirement
At least a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field is required 10 years minimum budgeting and business planning experience Detail knowledge of IJ products (incl. competitor) Good project management skills. Requires knowledge of logistic, FAD and service Requires marketing skills in south and south Asia market. strong Leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Oversea travel will be required Possess excellent written and verbal communication in both English & Japanese asthis role will need to liaise Frequently with head office in Japan.
