STAFF NURSE

Assist in providing quality patient care. Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration. Prepare patients for examinations, treatments, and medical procedures. Collect and label specimens for laboratory testing as directed. Administer treatments and nursing procedures within the scope of practice. Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation. Clean, sterilize, and prepare medical equipment, instruments, and treatment areas. Ensure adequate stock of medical supplies and report shortages when necessary. Observe and promptly report changes in patients' conditions to the supervising nurse or physician. Follow infection control protocols, safety procedures, and healthcare facility policies. Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct at all times. Participate in health promotion, patient education, and wellness programs as required. Perform other nursing and patient care duties assigned by the healthcare facility or supervisor.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in nursing. Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Nursing License. 1-2 years nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility preferred. Ability to assess patient conditions and respond appropriately to medical emergencies. Proficient in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation. Physically and mentally fit to perform nursing duties.
