Job Description
As a *Business Development Intern* you'll support efforts to grow student enrollment, expand partnerships, and identify new market opportunities across our centers and hubs.
Responsibilities:
- Research and map potential markets, schools, and partnership opportunities (B2B and B2C)
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to prospective partner schools, communities, or organizations
- Support the sales/enrollment funnel — lead tracking, follow-ups, and CRM data entry
- Help prepare proposals, partnership decks, and pricing/program comparisons
- Assist in analyzing competitor programs (other homeschooling/international curriculum providers)
- Support outreach campaigns (webinars, open house, school visits, community events)
- Compile weekly reports on leads, conversion, and market insights
- Coordinate with marketing team on promotional materials and campaigns
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field)
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken)
- Comfortable with basic data tools (Excel/Google Sheets); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Interest in education, edtech, or international curriculum sectors is a plus
- Available for at least 6 months, minimum 5 days/week
- Prior internship or organizational experience in sales/BD/marketing is a plus but not required
