Job Summary
Lead and support HR and management projects by collaborating with clients and teams to deliver timely solutions in recruitment, compensation, performance management, and training.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute HR and management projects to achieve defined objectives and improve organizational processes
- Communicate clearly with clients and project teams to gather and clarify project requirements and scope
- Participate actively in projects involving process streamlining, job redesign, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and training initiatives
- Schedule and lead client meetings to provide project updates and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor project progress regularly to ensure milestones and deadlines are met
- Follow up with potential customers to support business development efforts
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge and experience in HR or management consulting to deliver expert project outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and optimize solutions
- Excellent communication, consulting, and presentation skills to engage clients and present findings clearly
- Willingness to engage regularly with clients to maintain strong professional relationships
