CIVIL ENGINEER (GENERAL)

Acts as the Pollution Control Officer for the building; Manage and oversee maintenance and improvement of the commercial building. Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects for commercial or residential properties. Clean common areas, change light bulbs, and make minor property repairs. Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance. Act as liaisons between on-site managers or tenants and owners. Purchase building and maintenance supplies, equipment, or furniture. Maintains a filing system for all brochures and equipment manuals Coordinates with the fire department for the Annual Fire Drill and inspection of fire hoses. Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations and resolve problems following management rules and regulations. Coordinates with Government Agencies to ensure compliance with building, health, and safety standards. Assists and responds to customer complaints regarding equipment & appliances in the Apartelle that are not functioning properly. Monitors renewal dates for government permits and certificates and processes renewals as necessary. Prepares all requirements needed for government permits, certification, and accreditation.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Relevant work experience is preferred but not required. Professional license is an advantage but not required. Willing to work on-site. Safety Officer 2
