Production Supervisor - Yoghurt section

Liaise with the manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities. Maintain sufficient stock of tools, spares, and consumables to ensure maximum output. Maintain proper stock of packmat while ensuring there is no production time lost. Implementation of 150:9001:2000, GMPs and HACCP. Ensuring liaison with QA to ensure milk, in-process materials and finished goods are well sampled, tested and found conforming to the required standards. Carry out inventory control to meet production and quality set standards and targets. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
