Bourgault Industries is seeking Production Welders to join our Highline Manufacturing team in Vonda, SK.

In this role, you will help manufacture high-quality agricultural equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We offer opportunities for personal and professional growth, and entry-level applicants with welding experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Complete weldments to approved quality standards using work orders, instructions, and procedures
• Read blueprints and drawings to assemble parts in fixtures
• Perform MIG welding in various positions and use assigned tooling to produce quality weldments
• Prepare, tack, and weld components as directed
• Operate hand and power tools, including grinders, drills, and oxy-acetylene torches
• Identify minor defects in parts, weld quality, and completed components
• Ensure equipment is maintained and in good working condition.

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• On-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of MIG welding experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
