*Boss Security is looking for an experienced, well spoken, professional Security Guard.*
*Must have a valid Alberta Security Guard Licence, be mobile with a vehicle, any security experience an asset, be comfortable with extreme situations.*
*Qualifications:*
- Valid AB Security Guard License.
- Very reliable and dedicated - must be evident in work history and verifiable through reference checks
- Physically able to walk the site perimeter.
- Strong, clear verbal communication skills and English-language proficiency required
- Technology use - must be able to call, email, text message, open documents, and use security and time tracking apps on a company cell phone
- Ability to write clearly (hand-write) information in a daily log when necessary
- Ability to follow instructions and respond appropriately to inquiries from management and the client
- Cultural awareness and understanding considered a valuable asset
- Control access points by verifying credentials and issuing visitor passes as needed.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary to ensure safety.
- Assist in maintaining a safe environment by enforcing company policies and safety regulations.
Pay: $17.00-$17.75 per hour
