Frontliner for Padel

Background: PT Borneo Pasifik Global is currently expanding into the Sport & Lifestyle industry, with a focus on Padel through YOLO Padel & Lifestyle. YOLO Padel & Lifestyle currently has 3 locations across Jakarta: Slipi, Pluit, and Lebak Bulus. If you're passionate about the Sport & Lifestyle industry and interested in working in the Padel scene, we're currently looking for a Frontliner

Requirements:

• Into padel and able to play padel.
• Friendly, cheerful, and approachable.
• Strong service mindset and enjoy interacting with customers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Descriptions:

• Greet and welcome guests/members at the venue.
• Escort guests to their booked court.
• Provide on-site customer service and assist with customer needs.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints directly at the venue.
• Perform upselling & cross-selling of membership, F&B, merchandise, promotions, and other services.
• Build good relationships with members and create a positive customer experience.
• Support venue operations and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer experience.
