INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL PRINCIPAL

• Hire, supervise, mentor, and evaluate teachers and support personnel. Develop, implement, and monitor academic standards and International school policies.
• Counsel students, enforce discipline, and maintain a safe, inclusive environment. Manage International school budgets, oversee facility maintenance, and coordinate security procedures.
• Meet regularly with parents, address community concerns, and represent the International school at events. Motivate staff, set educational goals, and guide institutional success.
• Listen and speak clearly with students, teachers, parents, and board members. Identify issues quickly and find practical solutions for academic or behavioral challenges. Manage schedules, large budgets, and diverse daily tasks efficiently.

Qualifications/Requirements:

5 Years in Deep knowledge of curriculum development, classroom observation, and effective teaching.
