Senior Project Manager (Structural)

Seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager (Construction) – Structural to oversee and manage structural construction works from project commencement through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of structural construction projects, ensuring timely completion within approved budgets and quality standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities.
• Oversee structural works, including reinforced concrete, steel structures, foundations, formwork, and other related construction activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, structural engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Review structural drawings, specifications, method statements, and construction programmes to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and delays, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, variation orders, progress claims, and procurement activities.
• Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, building regulations, quality requirements, and workplace safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and project meetings to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain effective communication among stakeholders.
• Lead and supervise project teams, engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports, schedules, documentation, and other required reports to management and clients.
• Oversee testing, inspections, defect rectification, and project handover upon completion.
