Classroom Assistant

About the Role

Bloom World Academy is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated UAE nationals for the role of classroom assistant to join on an immediate basis. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills and a track record of building and maintaining close professional relationships, as well as display excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.

We are looking for classroom assistants with a passion for supporting every child to achieve and develop for learning and creating a classroom environment where every child can succeed. You will be able to assist students of all abilities and demonstrate a proven track record of helping to secure outstanding student outcomes.

Required Candidate Profile

Proficient and advanced-level English language skills

Minimum qualification - High School Certificate

UAE national with family book

Demonstrates professionalism, enthusiasm, commitment, and integrity

Inter-cultural awareness, well-developed communication skills, and excitement to engage with students and parents
