Working hours: 7am-3pm/ 7am-4pm sunday off

Working Days: 6days , sunday off

Basic Salary: $3k-3.5k

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of Sevenn Bar. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service standards, and solid experience in bar/restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the service and bar team.
• Ensure smooth operations and maintain high customer service standards.
• Monitor sales, daily revenue and outlet performance.
• Manage cash handling, stock control and inventory.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling and manpower requirements.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene and safety standards.
• Coordinate with management on sales targets, promotions and operational matters.
• Monitor wastage, costs and overall outlet profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in bar, restaurant, hospitality or F&B operations.
• Previous experience as an Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager or Bar Manager is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good knowledge of cash handling, stock control and F&B operations.
• Able to work flexible hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
