Regional Media Strategy & User Acquisition Specialist (Gaming)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Media Strategy & User Acquisition Specialist to drive international media strategy and growth for our mobile game titles. You will explore platform trends and market opportunities, support the localisation of products and creative assets, and collaborate across teams to strengthen our international media capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the international media and growth strategy for the company’s game projects
• Explore media platform strategies and market insights, with regular reporting and recommendations
• Drive localisation improvements across game projects and creative assets to support product and campaign performance
• Collaborate across teams and contribute to internal knowledge-building

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, user acquisition or a related role
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads, with strong knowledge of advertising products, bidding logic and the wider industry ecosystem
• Familiarity with AppsFlyer, Adjust or other mobile measurement platforms
• Proven ability to independently manage a market or campaign from strategy and execution through to results
• Good understanding of localisation and cultural nuances across international markets
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel; SQL or BI experience is a plus
• Experience managing sizeable accounts or budgets with measurable growth impact is a plus
• Familiarity with TikTok Ads, AppLovin, Unity Ads or other advertising platforms is a plus
