Job Summary
Join Birkenstock as a Retail Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service, guide shoppers in product selection, support sales transactions, and maintain a welcoming store environment across Singapore locations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience
- Accurately process sales transactions and retrieve merchandise to support smooth sales operations
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting environment
- Assist with administrative tasks and manage shipments to support store operations
- Support inventory management by receiving stock, restocking shelves, and conducting physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy
- Achieve sales targets by engaging customers and resolving issues promptly
- Adapt to flexible work schedules including weekends and holidays with enthusiasm and professionalism
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail experience preferred; on-the-job training provided
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and POS systems to support efficient store operations
- Good spoken and written English to communicate effectively with customers. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
