Hard Services Estimator - Facility Management

We are seeking an experienced Hard Services Estimator based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, with strong experience in Facilities Management (FM) and Catering.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, manpower calculations, technical pricing and commercial proposals for hard FM and integrated facilities management contracts. Mandatory Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field. 3–7+ years of experience in estimating, costing, tendering or commercial pricing. Mandatory: Previous experience in both Facilities Management (FM) and Catering. Strong understanding of hard FM and MEP services. Experience estimating large-scale FM, catering, hospitality, accommodation or integrated facilities management contracts. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, BMS and building maintenance systems. Experience with manpower planning, labour costing and subcontractor pricing. Strong Microsoft Excel and cost modelling skills. Saudi Arabia/GCC tendering and estimating experience is highly preferred. Strong analytical, commercial and communication skills. Key Skills
