Business Development Specialist - Facility Management

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, with proven experience in Catering and Facilities Management (FM).

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, generating leads, supporting tenders and proposals, and securing profitable FM and catering contracts across Saudi Arabia. Mandatory Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Engineering or a related field. 3–7+ years of Business Development, Sales or Account Management experience. Mandatory: Proven experience in both Catering and Facilities Management (FM). Strong understanding of FM and catering contracts, pricing, manpower models and service requirements. Proven track record in B2B sales and contract acquisition. Experience with tenders, RFPs, RFQs and proposal development. Strong network within the Saudi FM, catering, hospitality, industrial or corporate sectors is highly preferred. Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills. Saudi Arabia/Eastern Province experience is strongly preferred. Arabic and English proficiency is an advantage. Valid Saudi driving licence is preferred.
