Bid Writer

We are looking for an experienced Bid Writer based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, with a strong background in Catering and Facilities Management (FM).

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality technical and commercial proposals, tenders and prequalification submissions, translating operational requirements into clear and compelling bid responses, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver compliant submissions. Mandatory Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience in Bid Writing, Proposal Management or Tender Management. Mandatory: Previous experience in both Catering and Facilities Management (FM). Strong understanding of FM and catering service operations. Experience preparing bids for large-scale FM, catering, hospitality, accommodation or integrated support-service contracts. Excellent English writing, editing and proofreading skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Saudi Arabia/GCC tendering experience is highly preferred. Arabic language skills are an advantage.
