Senior / Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and implementproductivity programs for the plant
• Process improvement throughcapability studies
• Preparation of processinstruction
• Fault finding and troubleshootingof process / tooling-related problems during production and testing
• Participates in company’s overallquality and process goals
• Initiate and conduct the test ofnew or modified mould and determine optimum machine settings or optimal processcycle
• Achieve company’s productivityimprovement objective in-house quality & process goals
• Oversees tooling for new products
• Participate and recommendsolutions to moulding problems related to moulds
• Initiate engineering change
• Implementation of mouldpreventive maintenance programs
• Track movement of moulds andcollaborate with Production Department
• Coordinate and keep track ofservice record of moulds

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering- related Discipline,preferably in Polymer and Plastic Technology, Mechanical
• At least 3 years’ experience in Plastic injection Molding, Preferably in Medical and Automotive industries.
