Job Description:

Berries And Oak Limited is seeking a General and Operations Manager responsible for the overall management of the company, defining and implementing strategies, managing resources and monitoring business performance.

Main Duties:

• Define and implement the company’s strategies, objectives and management processes;
• Manage the different areas of the company, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
• Manage the company’s budgets, costs and resources;
• Analyse business performance and define actions to improve results;
• Develop and implement management processes aimed at improving the company’s efficiency and growth;
• Manage relationships with suppliers, service providers and employees;
• Plan and manage the resources required for business development;
• Prepare and manage performance and results reports to support decision-making.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in business management or a related area;
• Knowledge of process management, resource management and planning;
• Leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.

Annual Salary: €36,605

Hourly Rate: €18.05

Hours per Week: 39 hours
