TECHNICAL SERVICE ADVISER

Provides technical advise to the General Manager, Division and Department Heads and contribute knowledge and technical know-how in attaining company goals, objectives and target Oversee company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, safety and cost-effective management of resources Acts as company representative when dealing with customers. Provide assistance in resolving technical issues with customers Review and recommend for final approval proposed corrective and preventive countermeasures of quality related issues Review and recommend for final approval the improvement of manufacturing processes to optimize quality, productivity and efficiency Support team members in the programming of the team activities Conduct regular meetings with the management staff to review company's performance Perform other tasks as may be required by the General Manager

Qualifications/Requirements: Extensive technical knowledge on manufacturing engineering and production assembly Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Good management, coordination and organization skills to facilitate production of quality outputs in a timely manner At least 10 years of work experience in handling technical matters for a large division or company Working experience in formulating policy, developing and implementing new strategies and procedures Working experience in strategic planning and execution, strong in problem solving and analytical skills Preferably can understand and speak Japanese
