Optimize molding processes, resolve defects, support NPI, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field. Experience in Plastic Injection Molding or Molding Process Engineering in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of molding parameters, mold construction, resin materials, and troubleshooting techniques Familiar with quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, SPC, or DOE is an advantage. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Good command of English is preferred.
