Principal
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble rice/bowl meals according to customer's order.
- Portion ingredients accurately and maintain food quality.
- Take orders and process payments using tablet/POS system.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Keep the stall clean, hygienic and well-stocked.
- Follow SFA food safety and hygiene requirements.
- Assist with opening, closing and special/event orders.
Requirements
- Able to work Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).
- Able to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Basic tablet/POS skills; training provided.
- Responsible, hardworking and customer-friendly.
- Good attention to cleanliness, portioning and food presentation.
- Food Safety Course Level 1 preferred, or willing to obtain.
- No experience required — full training provided.
- F&B or kitchen experience is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Morning: 10:00am – 3:00pm
- Evening: 4:30pm – 8:30pm
- Full-time: Both shifts
- Part-time: One shift
- Sunday: Off
