Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for marketing, branding, sponsorship, content creation and other related positions, including job analysis, sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for the sports marketing industry through recruitment agencies, industry networks, professional communities and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Develop flexible workforce solutions for project-based hiring needs, including contract staff, interns and freelance/temporary talent.
Organizational Development & Talent Management
- Support marketing team leaders in organizational structure design and manpower planning.
- Support succession planning and the development of talent pipelines for key positions.
- Support the implementation of annual performance management processes, including OKR/KPI setting and performance review coaching.
Employee Relations & Team Culture
- Handle employee relations matters within the marketing team, including communication, coordination and conflict resolution.
- Assist in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives tailored to creative and marketing teams.
- Monitor team workload and working patterns, particularly during high-intensity periods such as major event and sports competition preparations, and recommend flexible working arrangements and employee well-being initiatives.
Compensation & Compliance
- Participate in salary benchmarking for marketing positions and provide recommendations on salary adjustments and promotions.
- Ensure recruitment and employment practices comply with Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices.
- Manage Employment Pass (EP), Work Pass and other relevant work authorization matters for foreign employees, where applicable.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between HR and the marketing business team, ensuring timely communication of manpower and talent requirements.
- Support the implementation of company-wide HR initiatives within the marketing function, including annual salary reviews and training and development programs.
Administrative Management
- In addition to HR responsibilities, support the company's overall administrative and operational management.
