Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment appraisals, and business growth plans. Oversee budget management and control , monitoring departmental spending and ensuring adherence to financial policies. Prepare and present compelling financial reports and presentations to senior management, offering actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data, understand business operations, and provide financial guidance. Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes and systems, leveraging tools like SAP and Microsoft Excel. Mentor and guide junior team members , fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Skills & Technologies: This role demands a blend of strong analytical prowess and leadership. You will expertly utilize your skills in Financial Analysis, Budget Management, Financial Modeling, and Strategic Planning . Budgetary Leadership: Strong experience in Budget Management and Control , including strategic planning and execution. Technical Prowess: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex financial modeling and data manipulation is mandatory. Hands-on experience with SAP is highly desirable.
