We are expanding our Commerce team and are looking for a Business Relationship Manager who will take a strategic role in managing relationships with our corporate clients. This position is critical in ensuring not only smooth onboarding but also the long-term satisfaction and retention of our most valued clients. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to join our team in either Vilnius or Kaunas.

Manage relationships with business clients throughout their lifecycle Support onboarding processes and ensure smooth communication with internal teams Identify client needs and offer suitable solutions Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records Assist with day-to-day inquiries and support the long-term satisfaction of clients

We would love you to have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field 1 - 2 years of experience in B2B relationship management, account management, or corporate onboarding - preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proactive, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities Fluency in Lithuanian and English
