WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams (planning, purchasing, QA, production) to follow up orders from development to shipment.
- Review and update BOMs (Bill of Materials), including assigning subcontractors or suppliers for each material.
- Monitor production timelines, material readiness, and daily progress to ensure on-time delivery.
- Handle data entry and production updates in ERP systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, sample approvals, or any arising issues.
- Collaborate with the QA/QC team to ensure production quality meets required standards.
WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE
- No experience required, prefer experience in production merchandising or order tracking in a textiles/apparel company.
- Understanding of production planning, materials, BOMs, and quality control.
- Good at organizing, tracking progress, and managing time.
- Clear and effective communication.
- Good English skills.
- Careful and detail-focused.
