WHAT YOU WILL BE INVOLVED IN
- Analyze and improve production processes, design layouts, and balance production lines to optimize production and reduce costs.
- Design efficient workshop layouts and production flows; balance lines to eliminate bottlenecks.
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish work standards.
- Propose equipment upgrades and technological improvements to enhance production efficiency.
- Partner with the sample/technical room to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and train line leaders/operators.
- Track and analyze daily production efficiency and OEE; generate improvement reports.
WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s/College degree. Open to all majors (Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Garment Tech, Mechanical, or related fields).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry like IE, Lean, Process Engineer, Continous Improvement (CI).
- Experience in apparel, footwear, headwear, or assembly lines is a plus.
- Basic English skills, capable of preparing reports in English.
