Waiter / Waitress

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare tables, chairs, and dining equipment before service begins.
• Accurately take and communicate guest orders to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant area.
• Provide menu recommendations based on guests’ needs and preferences.
• Handle guest complaints with a positive attitude and report them to the supervisor when necessary.
• Assist with restaurant setup and closing procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school/vocational school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hotel or restaurant service is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills, friendly personality, and well-groomed appearance.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to work efficiently, be disciplined, and work well as part of a team.
• Physically fit, healthy, and responsive.
