About the Opportunity A medical complex in Barka, Oman is looking for a qualified Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Specialist to join its team. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of the physical therapy and rehabilitation services while gaining practical experience and helping expand the scope of the specialty within the medical complex.
Key Responsibilities Assess patients and identify their physical therapy and rehabilitation needs.
Develop appropriate treatment and rehabilitation plans based on each case.
Handle a variety of physical therapy and rehabilitation cases.
Conduct treatment sessions and monitor patient progress.
Utilize physical therapy equipment, techniques, and rehabilitation methods as required.
Contribute to improving the quality and scope of the physical therapy department.
Take on additional responsibilities as experience and performance develop.

Compensation & Benefits Basic Salary: 300 OMR per month
Accommodation: Provided by the medical complex
Incentive: Additional incentive based on the number of sessions, performance, and work effort.
Average Session Price: Approximately 12 OMR
Existing Patient Base: The medical complex currently receives 100+ sessions per month , providing an established flow of patients.
Incentive Structure Monthly Sessions Incentive 125 sessions - 10% incentive 250+ sessions - 15% incentive Important: The incentive is paid in addition to the basic salary and is not a replacement for the 300 OMR monthly salary.
Growth Opportunity The specialist will have a direct role in managing patient cases and contributing to the development of the physical therapy and rehabilitation service. As experience and performance grow, there is potential to take on greater responsibilities within the department .
Education & Professional Experience Female candidate with a Master’s degree or PhD in Physical Therapy .
Strong practical experience in Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation .
Proven experience in patient assessment and developing appropriate treatment plans.
Ability to manage and treat a variety of physical therapy and rehabilitation cases.
Proficiency in using physical therapy equipment and treatment techniques .
Required Specializations & Clinical Experience Candidates should have experience in the following areas: X-Ray & Radiographic Image Interpretation
Therapeutic Ultrasound

Licensing Requirements – Oman Candidates must be eligible to obtain the professional license required to practice in Oman and should meet the relevant regulatory requirements, including: Prometric Examination
