Senior Consultant – B2B Marketing (Performance) For someone who can drive pipeline and growth across channels, clients and complexity

At Azide, we’re looking for an experienced marketing consultant to work with several ambitious B2B companies. You’ll need to step into different businesses, quickly understand their challenges and drive progress across paid media, CRM and performance.

We’re not looking for a specialist who only wants to work in one corner of the marketing machine.

We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership across disciplines and who loves words like strategy, paid media, CRM, automation and business. You should love setting strategy and direction, and you should also be able to carry it out yourself.

The role As a Senior Consultant in B2B Marketing Performance at Azide, you’ll join our consulting team. You’ll work closely with several clients, mostly B2B companies in SaaS, professional services and financial services. Sometimes you’ll be part of a larger Azide team. Other times you’ll run the project yourself and keep the client confident, focused and moving forward. Your work will mainly cover four areas:

Paid media and campaign execution You’ll plan, set up and optimise paid campaigns, mainly on LinkedIn and Google Ads. You track the numbers, see what works, adjust as you go and document the impact in a way the client can understand and use. You know how each channel works, how ad buying works and what drives performance in B2B. Meta and SEO/GEO are a plus but not required.

Strategy and direction You enjoy helping set the strategic direction for clients’ digital presence, and you tie the work closely to their overall commercial goals. You want to own the digital agenda, and clients naturally see you as a trusted advisor.

Marketing performance and reporting You’ll set up structures that give clients a clear picture of their marketing performance. That means dashboards, attribution logic, KPI frameworks and ongoing reporting, all closely tied to pipeline and commercial goals. You’re comfortable with attribution tools and can explain insights clearly to both marketing teams and leadership.

CRM enablement and marketing automation You’ll help clients get more out of their CRM and marketing automation. That can include pipeline management, lead scoring, lifecycle flows, nurture sequences, forms and tracking: everything that connects paid activity to pipeline. HubSpot is our main platform, and experience with it is a clear advantage.

You’ll need to be able to: Take a campaign from idea to live on the chosen channels

Set up performance structures that connect marketing to pipeline and revenue

Build dashboards and report clearly on impact and next steps

Work in HubSpot or a similar CRM/automation platform

Understand tracking, conversion setup and attribution logic

Run projects with multiple stakeholders without losing track

Work directly with clients and build trust quickly

Work both strategically and hands-on

Understand danish

We imagine that you: Have held responsibility for a whole performance area, not just one channel. You’ve run an area where marketing had to contribute directly to pipeline, revenue and business development. Are strategic enough to set direction and hands-on enough to go into the ad account yourself, build flows in HubSpot and deliver reports that people actually use to make decisions. Understand how paid media, CRM and content fit together, and know what good marketing performance looks like in a B2B context. You don’t need a consulting background, but you should want the consultant role: the variety, the client contact, the pace, and the responsibility for quickly understanding a new business and delivering measurable results.

At Azide, you get: A full-time role as Senior Consultant at a B2B marketing consultancy that works closely with its clients’ businesses

Experienced colleagues, direct client contact and plenty of variety

The chance to take ownership from day one

A great lunch scheme

Flexibility in your everyday work

An office in central Copenhagen

An annual workcation (most recently Athens, next up the Algarve coast in 2026)

A personal development plan to help you grow professionally

The chance to work with some of Denmark’s most interesting companies in SaaS, tech, professional services and finance

A team where everyone shares a real passion for marketing
