Role Overview:

As a Property Consultant you will advise clients on some of the region's most sought-after developments and properties while managing a portfolio of qualified buyer leads. You will build lasting client relationships, negotiate transactions and guide buyers through the entire sales journey.

In addition to Dubai's leading developments, you will also have access to exciting international investment opportunities, including projects in Georgia and Thailand, allowing you to serve a wider range of investor profiles. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, disciplined, target-driven and motivated by performance-based rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries generated by the company Build long-term relationships with buyers and investors Present off-plan investment opportunities across Dubai, Georgia, and Thailand. Conduct client meetings/property viewings, property presentations and developer events Negotiate offers and successfully close transactions Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM platform and property portals. Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs Stay informed on new project launches and market trends. What We're Looking For: Nationality - Native British, Irish or European Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and closing abilities Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple clients A competitive attitude with a passion for sales
