Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background to deliver technical solutions, manage customer accounts, and support project delivery for our expanding engineering and equipment business.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers to assess and clarify their technical requirements for mechanical equipment
- Recommend appropriate mechanical equipment and solutions to meet customer needs and project goals
- Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and technical presentations to support sales efforts
- Conduct customer visits and product demonstrations to showcase equipment capabilities and benefits
- Coordinate effectively with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Support project delivery and provide after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction and equipment performance
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to company growth
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical information clearly and persuasively
- Interest in technical sales and customer engagement to drive business development
- Ability to understand mechanical systems and specifications to provide accurate solutions
- Self-driven and proactive work approach with the ability to work independently
