About the Role
We are looking for an IT Risk & Compliance professional to support risk management, compliance, and onboarding processes within a technology environment. You will be involved in ensuring that business and operational processes follow applicable compliance standards and risk management practices.
Responsibilities
- Support IT risk management and compliance activities across the organization.
- Assist in reviewing and maintaining compliance with relevant ISO standards.
- Support KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business) processes.
- Assist with Merchant Onboarding and ensure required information and documentation are properly reviewed.
- Support AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance and related risk monitoring activities.
- Identify and assess potential operational and compliance risks.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to risk and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance requirements are properly implemented.
Requirements
- Understanding of ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards.
- Familiarity with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) principles and processes.
- Understanding of Merchant Onboarding, KYB, and KYC processes.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and ability to work with different teams.
- Experience in technology, fintech, risk, compliance, or a related field is a plus.
