Auto Truck Co. is a leading manufacturer and exporter of truck and trailer spare parts. Our factory manufactures a wide range of products including truck mirrors, lighting products, rubber components, injection-molded plastic parts, metal parts, fiberglass/SMC body parts, and truck accessories.
We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead the complete quality function across our manufacturing operations.
The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for managing and continuously improving quality across the factory, including:
- Establish and maintain factory-wide quality control systems, procedures, and standards.
- Manage Incoming Quality Assurance (IQA) for raw materials and purchased components.
- Supervise quality control for injection molding and manufacturing processes .
- Monitor assembly operations including mirrors, lamps, wiring, sockets, drilling, bonding, gluing, and finishing.
- Develop inspection plans, work instructions, acceptance criteria, and quality standards.
- Implement inspection using jigs, fixtures, gauges, templates, and measuring equipment .
- Verify product dimensions, hole locations, fitment, alignment, appearance, and functionality.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of measuring and inspection equipment.
- Lead root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality problems.
- Manage In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) and production-line inspections.
- Manage Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) and approve products before packaging and shipment.
- Control packaging quality and warehouse quality procedures.
- Lead and develop quality inspectors and technicians.
- Manage ISO documentation and internal/external quality audits.
- Establish and monitor Quality KPIs such as FPY, DPMO, rejection rates, and scrap rates .
- Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering , or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment .
- Strong knowledge of:
- ISO 9001
- IATF 16949
- CAPA
- 8D
- FMEA
- SPC
- Root Cause Analysis
- Strong experience in dimensional inspection and measuring equipment.
- Good practical knowledge of jigs, fixtures, gauges, calipers, and inspection tools .
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good communication skills.
- Good command of Arabic and English .
