Warranty Engineer

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Warranty Engineer to manage the full warranty claims process, ensuring that all cases are properly registered, processed, monitored, and handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements.

For an experienced candidate, this role offers the opportunity to develop and take ownership of the warranty function, with the potential to lead and further develop the function within the company.

Register and monitor warranty claims throughout the entire process

Prepare and maintain documentation in accordance with manufacturer requirements

Monitor repair processes related to warranty cases

Prepare and submit warranty-related reports

Ensure timely and accurate processing of warranty cases

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a technical field

Previous experience in an automotive service center or a related field is preferred

Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant computer applications

Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility

Good command of English

Strong communication and organizational skills

Candidates with relevant experience will have the opportunity to take a leading role in developing the warranty function, with the potential to assume responsibility for its management and lead its further development as the function grows.
