We are hiring! Facilities & Sustainability Executive   AWARE is Singapore’s leading gender equality advocacy organisation. For nearly 40 years, we have worked to identify and eliminate gender barriers through research, advocacy, education, and support services, including the Sexual Assault Care Centre and Women’s Helpline.  We are looking for a highly organised, detail-orientated, and proactive Facilities & Sustainability Executive to support the smooth, safe and sustainable operation of our workplace. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our office facilities, workplace services, as well as supporting sustainability initiatives and administrative coordination. Job Title: Facilities & Sustainability Executive (Full time) Department : Secretariat Location: Dover (FY2026) / Race Course Road (FY2027) Salary: $3500-4200 Key Responsibilities Facilities & Sustainability Management Oversee day-to-day office and facilities operations to ensure a safe, clean, functional, and well-maintained workplace    Support and liaise with building and asset management, contractors, and service providers on repairs, maintenance, servicing, rent collection, and other facilities-related matters Plan and carry out procurement of office equipment and supplies and other operational items, ensuring timely repairs or replacements Coordinate and monitor practical sustainability practices within the workplace, including waste reduction, recycling, and energy and resource conservation Maintain relevant facilities, maintenance, and sustainability records and documentation Support office relocation, renovation, and other workplace improvement projects where required General Operations and Administration Manage incoming calls and emails Manage incoming mail and deliveries, including receiving and sorting letters and packages, scanning and forwarding correspondence where required, and depositing cheques as necessary Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy Draft and manage internal and external communications, reports, and official documents Support administrative tasks for ongoing projects and operational work Why Join Us? Who We Are Looking For Qualifications & Experience Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Sustainability, Operations Management, or a related discipline 2-3 years of facilities management, office operations, workplace management, and sustainability or administration will be an advantage Skills & Competencies Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheet, Slides, Drive) or similar Office Suites and administrative tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive problem solving with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team You must read and acknowledge our Privacy Statement here.
