*Fleetwood Pharmacy Remedy's RX* has an opening for a *part-time pharmacist* at our Surrey, BC location. We are a community-focused pharmacy known for our patient-first approach and supportive team environment. Join us in delivering exceptional care and making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

• 24-32 hours ( flexible, Sun to Wed, sunday is only 8am-12noon)
• No methadone
• No evenings
• 3-4 days off every week

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

• Check prescriptions for accuracy.
• Counsel on prescription and OTC medications.
• Provide clinical services such medication reviews, vaccination and prescription adaptation, In Home patient's visits
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers ( Family Physicians, Nurse practitioners, Fraser health authority, Hospital discharge team)
• NO OAT/NO METHADONE

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

• Bachelor of Pharmacy.
• License to practice in British Columbia
• Knowledge of Kroll® pharmacy system is a must
• Superior interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to provide exceptional customer service.
