COORDINATOR

PROJECT COORDINATOR Preparing project start-up and execution schedule Define & manage key project targets - time, cost, quality, resources, EHS and contractual Liaise with clients on all project matters Manage sub-contractors and consultants Review construction programme Assist in tendering proposals Manage company resources, workers, vehicle, machiney Oversee supervisors/engineers Preparing claims and handle all project claims Day-to-day management of site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors Attend to vessel inspections and marine site meeting Requirements: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination Effective communication skills Comprehensive understanding of various trades in marine craft and construction Strong planning skills focused on resource management
