Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop engaging and creative content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms. Design high-quality graphics, short-form videos, reels, and other promotional materials that align with the brand identity. Capture, edit, and produce professional photos and videos during company activities, training sessions, events, and customer success stories.  Plan, schedule, and execute monthly content calendars in line with marketing campaigns and business objectives.

Create compelling captions, blog articles, email campaigns, and promotional copy to drive audience engagement.

Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities, providing innovative ideas to increase brand visibility and audience growth.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and management teams to strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and campaign performance.

Utilise AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, streamline workflows, and improve productivity.

Analyse content and social media performance using relevant analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimisation.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or a related role. Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills, with the ability to create engaging visual content. Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), or other similar creative tools. Experience using AI-powered content creation and productivity tools to enhance content quality and workflow efficiency.  Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, audience engagement, and digital marketing best practices. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and think creatively in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must reside in, or within a reasonable commuting distance of, Mainland, Lagos.

Remuneration: NGN 70,000 - 150,000 (commensurate with qualifications and experience).
