Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service.
• Assist in developing menus and refining recipes.
• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation and standards.
• Coordinate staff schedules and allocate manpower effectively.
• Monitor food costs, inventory and wastage.
• Ensure proper food hygiene and workplace safety practices.
• Manage stock ordering and coordinate with suppliers.
• Address and follow up on customer feedback related to food quality.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant culinary experience.
• Previous experience supervising or leading a kitchen team.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
