Dialysis Nurse

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care before, during, and after haemodialysis. Operate and monitor dialysis equipment and respond to treatment-related complications. Monitor vital signs, fluid balance, vascular access, and patient response to treatment. Educate patients on dialysis, medication, nutrition, vascular access care, and lifestyle management. Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with infection prevention and patient safety protocols.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) with valid professional registration/licence. Relevant dialysis/renal nursing qualification or certification. 3–5 years’ experience in a haemodialysis unit, preferably in a tertiary or specialist hospital. Proven competence in managing AV fistulas, grafts, and dialysis catheters. Strong patient-care, communication, and clinical assessment skills.
