Branch Manager

We are looking for 2 experienced Branch Managers to run our fashion retail branches day to day. Manage daily branch operations and maintain a high standard of customer service. Lead, train, and schedule the sales team. Achieve monthly sales targets and track branch performance. Oversee stock levels, visual merchandising, and store presentation. Handle cash, daily closing, and sales reports accurately. Resolve customer issues and build repeat customers.

Extensive experience in retail, preferably fashion or clothing. At least 1–2 years as a Store Manager or Branch Manager. Strong leadership and team management skills. Sales-driven with excellent communication and customer handling. Good knowledge of inventory control, POS, and daily reporting. Basic computer skills (Excel or similar), Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
