As our Food & Beverage Services Manager , you will be a visible and hands-on leader, driving operational excellence across our Michelin Guide-recommended restaurant & bar by two-star concept chef Henrique Sa Pessoa , and dynamic event spaces including the signature 300sqm Art Gallery . All whilst inspiring your team to deliver memorable experiences every day for guests, clients and locals .

What you'll be doing as a Food & Beverage Services Manager
- Lead the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, bar , events spaces and in-room dining , ensuring exceptional guest experience and service standards across all F&B outlets
- Be a visible, hands-on leader on the floor , coaching, supporting and developing your team while leading by example during key service periods and high-profile events
- Oversee the planning and delivery of social events , private functions, banquets and celebrations for up to 300 guests, ensuring flawless execution from start to finish .
- Manage and develop your team through onboarding, training, performance management, scheduling etc
- Partner with the Events, Sales and Kitchen teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maximize event revenue opportunities
