New Project Engineer (Chachoengsao Plant)

Responsibilities 1.To work closely with the Sales & Marketing Dept. to design and develop products that satisfied the customer’s needs. 2.To verify new product specifications and work with customers on manufacturability requirements. 3.To coordinate with the production Dept. in the evaluation of new product start-up involving First Article activities. 4.To establish process and product requirements and perform feasibility studies on the new project /part in question. 5.To fabricate and test run of production molds and jigs / fixtures before handover to production for mass production. 6.To develop strong vendor network. 7.To initiate plans for product developments and trial runs. 8.To manage improvement projects on operability, safety, efficiency and reliability of equipment. 9.To maintain and control all Engineering products documents 10.To provide leadership and guidance and co-ordinate all Engineering Assistants to meet First Article deadline. 11.To provide regional support and training when required. 12.To support the installation and Maintenance of Production machines in regional plant where required. 13.To control, Improvement preventive Maintenance plan and follow up.

1. Supporting the company's ISO system.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineer or related field. Minimum 2 years experience Good communication skill with customer and team. Computer literacy (Excel, Word), Auto Cad Good command of English. มีความรู้ในเรื่อง NPI,Pocess,IATF,APQP,FMEA,PPAP.
