AIRCONDITIONING TECHNICIAN

Perform regular inspection, cleaning, preventive maintenance, and servicing of air-conditioning units and related equipment. Troubleshoot and repair air-conditioning units, including window-type, split-type, and other HVAC systems. Check and maintain compressors, motors, thermostats, condensers, evaporators, electrical components, and refrigerant systems. Conduct cleaning of air filters, coils, drain pans, drain lines, and other aircon components. Check refrigerant levels and identify possible leaks or system abnormalities. Respond promptly to air-conditioning complaints or service requests from hotel guests, rooms, offices, and other areas.

Qualifications/Requirements: At least High School Graduate, preferably with a TESDA or vocational certification in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (RAC), HVAC, or a related field. With experience as an Aircon Technician, HVAC Technician, or similar role, preferably in a hotel or commercial establishment. Knowledgeable in troubleshooting, repair, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of air-conditioning systems.
