Deputy Manager - Manufacturing

Key responsibilities: Report to Manufacturing Manager, Lead production supervisors & offline engineer’s teams to support the production line running. Monitor production performance and present daily updates to operation team. Manpower management for rotating shift and regular shift Lead the re-engineering projects for the continuous improvement on the production productivity, efficiency and quality control. Work with internal department on production automation projects implementation. Attend and present on the regular meeting with customer and headquarter teams. Provide adequate training to manufacturing supervisors and offline engineers when needed.

Requirements: Min Diploma / Degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field. Experience in Semiconductor industry is preferred Applicants must beable to converse in Mandarin to communicate with our Chinese counterparts
